Okay, part of the program for tonight was Show n Tell of your first or worst quilt! Yep, that's right and let me tell you some of those ladies have "worst" definition totally misconstrued!!! Two especially appealed to me very much and I did not see where the "worst" fit in at all.
Anyways, I did bring in my "first" quilted project and still am very proud of it! See I'm an orchid enthusiast (if you've not known that before) and I had seen this applique pattern of an orchid plant in Keepsake Quilting catalogue - so ordered it. Then I proceeded to learn how to do this "quilting" along with my co-worker's assistance and cemented a fond friendship too. So with Linda's assistance here is my "first" quilted project!!!
