July 11th - Banff Day 2 - Part 2

Leanne and I enjoyed the various peaks, coffee n pastries and then some fun pics.

We were all glad we came early as it was a packed ZOO when leaving!  Then heading to the Banff Upper Hot Springs to hopefully soak my aches away!  We walked the 0.5 km uphill to get there.

I found Tooloulou's a southern Cajun creole type restaurant that had shrimp for me finally - that's not an easy find here without steak or fancy sauces. Lovely even if I had to fight to get to eat!  

We walked back to the hotel and on the way I stopped at Dollarama for some Epsom salts. Rod left us to check out the train station and lucky him a freight train went by! Us two got back 3ish and I headed up for a soak - FELL ASLEEP there too - woke to a knock next door. YIKES!!! I had just mentioned something happening in this real deep comfortable tub at breakfast and here I do this!!!

Well Rod and Leanne both went out for another walk on some trails nearby before returning 5ish for Happy Hour. Both were exhausted and did not want any more walking so we had appetizers here for supper and sat outside some! We're all bushed!!! I'm too tired to fight with a wet swim suit for the hot tub!
