Aug 30th

Oooohhhh finally caught up on two of three cancelled appointments! It's sooooo lively to get a colour and trim, now need a massage and I'll definitely feel like a much needed new person!

Aug 31st

Ohhhh what a lovely morning for a walk! Yes I was up early and we were off to Assiniboine Park for my first good sized walk to get back into the groove. The breeze was awesome!!!

Now waiting for the Poacht food truck and Cargo Bar to open for lunch at the Duck Pond!

Guess it's only a summer place, will stay open till end of September maybe into October. BUTTT said might have a pop up day if winter temps are mild. They will put onto Instagram.

I forgot to shut offmy counter so had to do a mockup from the car park.

Sept 4th

It's been a quiet few days! Some time with Sylvia fabric shopping at the new Marshall Fabrics and another day grocery shopping for our upcoming week escape to NW Ontario on Saturday! Then time with Edna at the laundromat washing her feather duvet, lunch and St Vital shopping.

But I did need a baby present so serged another of my often requested baby bath towel and as many face clothes and hand towels from the left over piece (sometimes more than others depending on how it's cut).

Yes I'm starting to plan my European River Cruise again for summer of 2023. But looks like I'll be going south from Amsterdam instead of 2021's plans. Might work out better to visit Margreet in the Netherlands prior to the tour/cruise starting and after it ends in Paris then visit London before traveling to visit with Jane in Stratford Upon Avon before returning to London and heading home.  

Reverse the starting point to Amsterdam, ending in Paris.

Was to start in Paris via train to Reich then by ship to Amsterdam then extra visits there and England.

Will see what transpires!!!! 🙏🙏🙏
