What a lovely day! My friend Barb Bednarski arrived in Toronto and enjoyed a Bon Jovi concert all free AND myself had an awesome 6.25 km walk with Edna through Assinniboine Park over Moray Bridge and back via Portage Ave on this wonderfully warm autumn day AND finishing off visiting with Sylvia and Len at Pat and Randy's. Also got my own blood glucose and pressure machines back home!!!
