Well I've always taken Vit C n D daily.  Must be working as colds are few and far between for me!  Zinc I've taked when not 100% and just about daily since Covid started.

Adina is going to do a pop shop if you would want to come and share this with your friends.  Same time as Morden's quilts in the yard!

Sept 1st

Here at Assiniboine Park with Edna for Sierra Noble outdoor concert! And finally the wasps are slowly going away!!!!!!

Sept 2nd

Well Sylvia and I are on our way to Dauphin and stopped into Kickass Country Store in Plumas. Wayne says he's open by appointment only so please call 204-386-2599 and only 2 inside the store at a time. Lovely visit and stash bought!

The Barn- Kellwood MB

Awesome place to see and definitely eat at!  We ate even though stuffed, delicious home cooking, a treasure trove.

You can't miss it!   Kellwood sign and there's The Barn!

We arrived and had a lovely visit and supper at Elsie's. She also showed us how to get around to visiting Mom's side of the family while here! Then relaxing with Florence and Wayne.

Sept 5th

Okay early this morning we headed to Elsie n Pete's original home, now Brian n Laura's, to pick up our sister Marlene from Grandview. Then onto Ethelbert, where we met my brother Jim & Doreen before heading to visit Mom's siblings and family! First stop was Uncle Nick, Auntie Olga, Shirley n Gord and Larry. And talk about an awesome full meal at lunch. Then onto Uncle Steve n Auntie Helen and yummy lemon meringue pie, before stopping in to see Auntie Helen (Uncle Edward's wife) before heading back to Brian n Laura's for Marlene's Kia to head west and us east. Now another awesome meal with Florence n Wayne, then feet up to relax!!!
