Jan 30th
Well I drove to my spinal therapy yesterday then the close by Safeway before home. I took off my glasses and put on the sunglasses as it's been so bright out and drove without issues. Gosh darn I could read the street signs much further from the corner than before - sorry but Winnipeg has LOUSY signage compared to Toronto!!!
Today I picked up Edna and went to walk the Outlet Mall and made one round with a half dozen rest stops and Edna treated us to coffee. It was good to be out exercising some but still some buildup of pain off and on. Again no issue driving without glasses. This is the furthest I've walked in months.
Jan 31st
Dang it, it's cold out there, because of the wind!!! I went to my spinal treatment, picked up a Tim's lunch and hightailed it home!!! It's even slightly on the cooler side in my apartment but if I open the curtains it'll warm up fast. Not sure which I want. Maybe jyst a foot or so? DUH!!!
I just finished "hallway" walking till I started to get sore so stopped. Looks funny on the map but long stretch is like 10-13 laps in the hallway.
Well I did another hallway walking for half hour! Will try to do this daily and maybe twice every three days? Hip built up pain every 4 rounds but not bad and I had my chair in the hallway for brief rests. 
Feb 2nd
I've reached a little higher in my hallway walking today! Each round is 70 steps and I did 4 or 5 rounds before sitting down, 5 rest stops in total. Won't press on too much in future until slight pain levels off. But much impressed.
Off to the dentist today, walking nearly up to Portage Ave and recorded it in two sessions. The one from home was started a bit late so basically double the return one for accuracy, 2.2 km. I can say I was glad for the 1.5 hour dental chair rest between. But honestly no pain today, hopefully none tomorrow either!
