Talk about a lovely foggy and frosty morning, sorry no pictures this time. As it was, I missed my turn and took a round about way to get to Edna's. Off to Assiniboine Circle Quilters for a productive but small gathering, finishing off another 3 potato chip blocks. So much faster and easier with the preplanning on squares of flannel backed table cloth stored in a scrapbooking box!!! Stopped for a few groceries, back to the Crew for some yard frolicking, then back inside and I dressed up for a brief stroll down the driveway before supper time. Now relaxing!
Tomorrow will be a couple hours only to meet friends at Pineridge Hollow for a brief stroll and lunch hopefully.
Ohhhh after a very easy mostly pain-free day then comes a horrible night sleep. Up 5ish in PAIN, rubbed down, Tylenol Arthritis to the rescue then back to sleep. Then up to feed the Crew, outside, rubbed down again as still achy and back to sleep after the rough night. Now feel better but I think I'll pass on the walking today. But looking forward to lunch with the girls!!!
Also could not resist new jewellry, silver/gold earrings and a half n half ring that can be worn 3 ways, my way, or stones up or gold up!
Now outside with the Crew, still a nice day!
Will set up my sewing once again too!
I'm bad last week when feeling achy! Thursday the 5th after Meadowood quilting day I dropped into Sylvia's for some puzzle time and was greeted by her recent door decor.
Then on Saturday the 7th stopped over to help finish off the cacti puzzle!!!
Ohhhh what a beautiful day! We are all outside enjoying the sun.even Lexi strolls around longer than usual before heading in earlier than the others. I zipped over to exchange my ring as I could not get it off before supper dishes, luckily they exchanged it for the next size up. Then picked up cinnamon buns to enjoy outside with the Crew!
The Crew had some fun keeping the deer from the neighbours feeder. There was one buck, I think, stayed back but Sam barked till it turned tail and ran. They will need another path!!!
Yeah!!! My left eye cataract surgery is scheduled for March 17th and hopefully all is good as the right was!!! Hopefully 2-3 weeks after that new glasses for closeup and no more off and on of glasses!!!

Well I missed this photo from last night, all four napping after their evening treat!
I was pleased nothing happened snow wise last night so after looking after the Crew I ventured to my two city appointments and hopefully back by noon and the storm front!
Well roads were clear etc, my cataract surgereon was kinda late and I was getting concerned about my second one. His assistant did the tests on my eye, he came in to review it and said "WOW you've better than 20/20 vision in that eye"! He was very pleased with his work and my comments on healing then said he can't wait for the same results on my left eye!!! That left me feeling relieved! He also advised I pick up cheaters from Dollarama instead of my closeup glasses from a few years ago.
Then to my Chiro appointment and she's happy to report my spine is doing much better and muscles aren't as tight from before. She said it's getting better each visit. So guess the laser spinal decompression therapy is helping!
Well I got out 11ish and it was trying to snow! Stopped at Dollarama to pick up the cheaters Dr Levi suggested, then Sobeys for a few groceries and came out to large steady snowflakes and some wind. Glad it was not an issue getting back to the dogs! Afterwards I even finished off the last two potato chip blocks prepped (16 in total so far). Will prep 8 more at least for another twin sized quilt top while watching Olympics.
Dang it!!! On the way back yesterday I started sneezing! Well today it's a sneezing, coughing, runny nose/eyes dang cold! Kleenex to the rescue! Even startling the Crew on some sneezes!!!
Glad my errands and appointments are basically done for till Tuesday!!!!!
