Feeling Proud

After another walking session but this one was 7 km at 5.6 km/hr window shopping in the Outlet Collection Mall (faster pace than outside).  I'm really trying to get back on my 3 times a week of at least 6.5 km each walk - so far this two weeks I'm stepping up to that goal.    Didn't buy anything except coffee and scone to tide me over till lunch at home.  Dropped off my small bags for Katsu's walks and my recycle at the depot and now home to watch curling and finish off my kitchen towels.
